DECEW CONSTRUCTION

Decew Construction Inc. was incorporated in 1998. The predominant shareholders are the Rankin family with three key employees from Rankin Construction; Bill Snow, P.Eng, Dave Pagnan, C.E.T., G.S.C. and Sto Tritchew C.E.T. also owning shares in this company.

The company was set up because on certain unionized projects the predominant Rankin Construction Union, namely the Christian Labour Association of Canada was incompatible with the general construction trade Unions. Decew and Rankin both have the Operating Engineers in common.
