Position Description

Required to perform a variety of tasks including erecting and setting forms for concrete structures, buildings, and site work, according to specifications and drawings.

Responsibilities

Preform quality work, at a productive rate with minimal supervision.
Follow company safety policies, Show up to job site on time and ready to work.
Required Skills/Training: Working knowledge and demonstrated skill with regard to: simple math, reading and writing English. General knowledge of blueprints and job layout documentation.
Experience in setting and erecting forms using a wide variety of materials and forming systems. Must have knowledge of proper cross slopes and acceptable tolerances of all sidewalks, ramps, curbs, driveways, and other concrete structures.
General Description of Tools: Hand tools, power drills, saws, lasers and other related tools.

Essential Job Requirements

Employees must be able to function well with regard to the following:
• Uncontrolled environmental conditions:
• Constant change in weather and site conditions
• Occasionally lifting up to 75 lbs., routinely lifting 50 lbs. , climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling,
• Crouching, crawling and reaching to preform everyday job task .
• Must have good vision, stamina, good hand/ eye coordination.
